Looking for an Excursion

Looking for an Excursion
I have been looking for an Excursion due to a growing family and towing a travel trailer safely. I found 2000 Excursion XLT with 200k miles, with that many miles is there anything I should look closely at, from the pictures it looks well maintained.

Also just looked that one up and I've seen it on CL for awhile now. Not impressed at all and they're asking about 4k to much IMO. A 2000 2wd with 200k+ miles for over 5k... they wish! Mine's way nicer than that one and I was "only" asking $6500 for it. The seats will need to be replaced in the front that will be $400 per side if they need foam and leather bottoms only (unless the pass. side is fine) and the engine bay looks like the Mojave Desert took a dump in it.
Pros:
It's an Excursion
Exterior looks like a 10
Tires look brand new
Power rear (rear rear rear) windows. Some don't like them but I have them and love them! However, if they don't work then off to the Con section they go.
Interior looks brand new (other than the front seats, they have covers so we know they're trashed)
Cons:
XLT
200k+ miles
Drivers seat (at least) needs a new bottom foam and leather
2WD
6.8 (I only put this because for the money/miles you should be in a diesel)
Only one factory key (It bugs me when owners can't keep up with keys, there is at least 1 extra key unaccounted for floating around to that truck somewhere)
Aftermarket head unit so you have no idea if the stock wiring is hacked to hell or not
No backup sensors (I didn't even know that was an option!!!)
Wal-Mart floormats (I have the exact same ones) so one of the 2 owners either lost/kept/destroyed the OEM ones. Basically they didn't care.
EDIT: Damn... I'm really good at this when it's not a truck I'm wanting

This is exactly what you should expect. Also going to look at 3 is a great idea plus you can stop by Marks house and check out his rig

Thanks for the advice. It does not have to be the 6.8 V10, a 7.3 would be great. I am just hesitant with the amount of work most 6.0 would take to bulletproof. I just would like a reliable Excursion to tow a trailer and haul the kids and dog, the quad cab truck is getting crowded with the car seats.
