I was just reading up on them and can not give you a knowledgeable answer. Do a search on the forum and google up the question several different ways for more results. Good luck

Go to your local ford dealer and get them there. I paid 100 each for mine. Changed 2. Found out trans was bad after all. Couldnt take it any more. Got rid of the f350 for an f150. My trans also had the delay. The epc Solenoid fixed it, but you have to drop the solenoid body to change that one. Easy to do, but make sure you get a new filter/screen for the body assembly. I dont knkw exactly how to do a search but i posted all the info when i posted about the problems i was having. If you can find it i posted schematics of the whole solenoid body assy with instructions. I wanna say the topic name was "truck dies when put in any gear". Ill do some searching and see if i can find it for you. Youre absolutely sure you dont have an engine problem?

I have two threads on my trans problem and you should
find some good info in them and lots of links with even
more info.

Here is my first thread on the problem.

Here is the other thread.

Be sure to give some REPs to the guys. I am in REP jail right now.

My problem started with the tcc solenoid stuck on. When i put it in gear it would die instantly. No codes at all. Changed it out and it ran great for a couple weeks. Then it would shift from 2-4-6, had the pan down multiple times. Solenoids kept plugging with debris. Loved the truck, hated the problems. I hope everything works out with your issues.
