Exclamation upfitter switch utilization

so, please, by all means, correct me if I'm wrong, but this is how I see it:

1) after mounting my lights (I HOPE they're females )

2) power wire from lights to pass through wire

3) opposite end of pass-through to wire for whichever particular switch I should choose to use

4) simple as that...no <additional> relays needed & simply be mindful of amp rating of accessories

can it really be this simple

That's why they put them there, to make it easier. I can't remember if the upfitters already have fuses installed or not.

Chose wisely

i believe switch 1 and 2 are 25-30 amp swithces. 3 and 4 are 5-10 amp. So if your lights are high draw use the heavier switchers. Be sure to use the inline fuse feeding the lights.

Each upfitter already has a spot in the fuse box for a fuse, I just can't remember if they installed them or not. They should be good enough to protect the circuit.
