question about function of bulbs up front

I am going to replace my headlight assembly with the new clear ones I got off Ebay this weekend. While I'm in there I was going to go ahead and put in new headlight bulbs, replace the side marker bulbs, the parking light bulbs and turn signal bulbs but I'm having trouble figuring out what I need.

My question is two fold.....#1 Is the side marker bulb and the "turn signal" bulb the same thing up front? If I go to autozone and they look up turn signal bulb it's the same part number as the rear tail light bulb. I've already replaced the tail light lens so I know there are only two bulbs in there which leads to my 2nd question.....So if I'm understanding it, the rear turn signal bulbs, the rear light itself that's on when you turn your lights on, and the brake light the same bulb and the other one in the rear is the backup light?

Answer both questions for me if you can. Thanks in advance.

IIRC 3157 bulbs will fit the brake lights, reverse lights, and the front turn signals.

916 for the front parking light bulbs. And 194 for the front marker lights

And yes there is only two bulbs in each rear housing. One for reverse, and the other is for brakes, signals, and tail lights.

You will probably want a 3157NA (amber) for the front turn signal..... Back up is 3156, it's a single filament bulb.

That's true, if the OP has swapped his original amber lenses for the clear lens then he will need the amber bulbs. But if he is still using the original housing with the amber lens, then he would only need a clear bulb.

Cool. Thanks guys. Do you think that a 194 bulb from Super Bright LED's would work for the side marker? The guy said it would but probably wouldn't be too bright and to make sure it would fit the bulb i'm replacing (whatever that means)

The new ones are all clear. I was surprised to find them to be honest. I do need amber turn signals - good thinking to you guys on that. I have some amber parking lights already but I guess it's ok to leave the corner bulb clear or do you guys use an amber one in there too? I can't remember or see it right now but I think it's a clear lens from the factory?

From the factory the corner lens is clear, but it does have an amber bulb in it.
