I don't know.. how do you tell.. it an '03 sept build stock. the pan does have a drain plug. when i drain that i get appx 5 qts out.
all i was referring to was what a transmission repair shop owner told me this 9 or so years ago.. that may not be true now but is you read on amazon there are a lot of people that use lubguard with positive results..
the newer fluids may bridge that gap better as new technology is better than old technology.
