What's their return policy if its not the correct part?

When I was thinking of replacing my midship fuel pump (intermittent sending unit) a few photos of the existing part as installed helped tremendously. There was an option my year ('99) so could have been one of two available. Even though a lot of online parts sellers use generic images its always best to know exactly what's already there just in case a choice must be made.

It arrived last Friday and is the correct part, thank the good lord.
Waiting for a day when it's not raining to put it back together.
Then pray the pump was the problem, after reading that thread about the Inertia Switch not getting power due to water build up under the passenger footwell cover i am having my doubts.
Before this happened and the fuel pump stopped my heater core failed and absolutely soaked the passenger floor and footwell area, i imagine there is a bit of coolant under that black plastic cover and if there are connections in that area they are most likely soaked also, i am hoping this is not the case and the van fires up but if it doesn't i will pull up that footwell cover and go from there.. argh..

There's no wiring in either footwell that would cause issues for the fuel pump nor the inertia switch. While I'm sure whoever forwarded that as a possibility was being helpful its simply not the case.

I'll once again advise anyone who is a DIY mechanic to buy a factory EVTM fitting the year chassis you own or work on most often. Not one of those Chilton or Haynes "manauls", something specific to the vehicle. They're readily available through eBay---I've bought no less than 10 of them for Fords, various years and models.

thank-you, that relieved me of a lot of anxiety..
Friend came by and we installed the pump, it is spring loaded and fits snugly against bottom of tank when installed, that's all done and waiting to be installed back under the van..
