Lots of great info here

How do the switches themselves come out of the dash. Pull out I assume but they were requiring more force than I was comfortable with. any hints?

I'd like to kick some engineer-butt at Ford...
Here you see the 18" pigtail extensions for my Upfitter Switches.... It would have absolutely KILLED all of Ford's profit to put the pigtails where you could get at them....
NOOOOOooooooo....
They gotta bury the darned things way up behind the headlight switch and tape them up to the harness so you can't easily get them down...GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

Now I have a sore back but I got my doggoned pigtails....

On the 2018 Upfitter switched mounted up above where do the wires come out?
