I upgradded... a lot

Had an 07 F-150 XL reg cab I bought last year. had 60k miles, and I ran it into the high 70's when it started to develop some shakes, rattles and shifting issues. at just over 81k it puked a trans line on christmas. I fixed it but it really didn't shift right after that.. I was so far upside down on it since it was financed for 84 months that I knew I had to get rid of it while it was still worth 'something'... Dealer tried to put me in an '08 Chevy 1500 keeping payments simmlar. identical in color and options. same truck different brand.. Then higher optioned F-150's. The salesman did not understand I use a truck for a truck and have a use for the extra capability and that stereo's, chrome and exhaust does not make it haul more.. They had the truck I wanted but took them a while to get them to understand thats what I wanted and worked some numbers on it..

Anyway, I got it.. It's a 2011 F-250 XLT 4x4 6.7L reg cab long bed with 23k miles. basically new, and I love it.. getting dirty in my 1st day of driving since it's too fun not to drive.. so carwash soon but heres pics

Good luck with the new truck. JMOP but I think a truck with less than 80,000 miles is just getting broken in. Just sayin........................

Yup I actually normally agree. That truck was first vehicle oli bought with less than 100k on it besides my 51 Chevy which had 63k on it... But with the trans issue and a refinance if i stuck with it, it would have been wortless by time of payoff..

Very nice, I'm a big fan of the regular cab configuration Superduty Trucks.

Also like the fact that you have the manual transfer case shifter. Never a delay or question as to whether the 4WD has activated.
