1992 f150 351w wont start when cold

The truck doesn't want to start when its cold it seems like when the weather it drops below 50 degrees it wont start. It's getting gas to the fuel rail, I haven't tested the psi. Here lately I've poured about a cup of gas in the throttle body and she fires and idles fine. Then comes the other problem it takes 30 minutes to warm up and when it starts to get warm it misses like crazy and sound like its cammed. I've already changed the plugs, plug wires, coolant temp sensor and the fuel pressure regulator. I'd appreciate any info thanks. the the truck used to have a straight six now it has a 351w 5.8 just some extra info.

Well I've been wrong about a few things lately but first you should probably grab the codes. I've seen a few here lately with hard or no start where they found the problem to be the ECT and the PCM. Just some suggestions, maybe someone else will jump in and help you.

Classic symptoms of a bad/failed computer PCM.

Along with all the other symptoms, I'd agree.

The PCM can be easily replaced, once you get it out look for a catch code, a three letter code. You will use this to identify a replacement. Not sure what an auto parts store has them for but on line they go for about $130 or so.
