Project New Blue is finally on the road!!

Have been building it for two years in my garage. My first full build by myself. Finally on monday got it registered and insured and on the road. Working out a few kinks and squeeks but so far nothing major.

Few things left to do but parts back ordered (hood V8 emblem). More build pics and info to come tmrw and next day.

If anybody has any questions feel free to ask. Will look through invoices and/or try to go deep in my memory to answer them. Lol.

Stay warm out there everyone. 20 degrees here in the upside of Florida!

Truck came out great. The blue paint and shiny grille really make it stand out. Y'all don't see 20 degrees there to often do you? It's -1 degree here.

Thanks for the compliments guys! And hell no we don't see this too often. HAHA. It does actually get into 30s during winter here a lot. But not 16 like my phone says right now. I have two layers on.... in Florida! LOL

And we have been hitting near mid-fifties in the good old Seattle area. We are a bit above norm, I believe. Just about warm enough to do some priming and painting...Lol. Supposed to be 54 today, 52 tomorrow. Not too shabby.

Naw - weather is terrible here in Seattle. Always is. Grey and rainy all the time. Stay away...

Love the truck. Sweet. I know sooner or later I will succumb and do the same thing to mine (kind-of deserves it), but for now I'm instructing myself to be content. But boy, they sure knew styling back then. The more I look at these 61-66 models I see so many styling cues not put into any other F100.

Thanks. I agree the styling on these trucks (61-66), well a lot of vehicles early 70's and down, is awesome. Some people have commented about how surprised they are regarding the size of the truck... it's really in between an F150 and Ranger. People like it. Not many of them driving around here in Pensacola. And I'm not planning on a Seattle trip anytime soon so we are good!

And the weather is crazy all around. Good thing my heater in it works great! LOL. Stay warm tonight.. supposed to be just as cold as last night if not colder. Thanks again for the comments
