Is there any special way to pop off the rear Chrome around the slider that is still on another truck? Or is it pretty straight forward?? Thx

I removed mine with a small flat trim tool and sprayed silicone as I went. Installation is a bit trickier because over time it gets brittle and cracks easily. Hopes this helps!

I think this is the molding the OP is asking about. This truck is a '76 XLT and has bright trim around the side SC windows and the rear slider.
