Newbie here {to bronco 2 anyway} couple of questions

Ok I bought this 87 bronco 2 with the FI 2.9 in it and ad4l tranmission it ran and drove fine for about 50 miles then the freggin freeze out plug behind the tranny blew out. Yay I had to tow it home and I took off the transmission installed freeze out plug and put transmission back on.... ok it ran just fine for about 5 miles and now when i first start the truck the whole engine shakes badly then it goes away after a couple of seconds the transmission doesnt feel as crisp as it did before I took it out and put it back in. I put it all back on correctly there is only one way for it to go really... any suggestions on where to look would be awesome... BTW when driving it the tranny feels fine after about 2.5k rpms and after 30. Someone told me clutch fan but that sounds ridiculous thanks in advance Travis

Not a lot to go on but did you check the tranny mount (sometimes called the rear engine mount)?

is that the one that is on the bar that goes from passanger to driver side in the middle of the transmission looks like a strut bar for a tranny

Between that bar and the tranny is the mount. It is an upper and lower metal plate with a molded rubber type stuff in between. Same as the two front (left side and right side engine mounts). If it has failed, it will let the tranny move. Also it could be a drive shaft problem. I have had double cardan driveshaft's do the same thing.
