Hi all.
Andy, I am so sick of Super Duty brakes! I just did the rears on my 350 not 500 miles ago. Calipers, flex lines, rotors, parking hardware and shoes...the works. Took a 15 mile ride Saturday and had the driver rear hang up. (*&%^&(^R^(! The reason I had to do them was because the caliper blew up! I meen into gravel sized pieces! The day we bought Big Moo... same thing. Both calipers had the phenolic pistons. No more of those for me. I was very proud of my girl. I showed her how everything worked and started the brake job with her. I took a phone call and she finished the rears and did the fronts while I was yacking. All that was left was to bleed it out by the time I hung up.

I busted the bottom out of one of those phenolic pistons on my new X when I was going threw the brakes. I turned up a new aluminum piston on the lathe and stuck that in the caliper. Alls been good so far!
Awesome helper you got there! I am still working on getting mine to bring the tools back they grab.
