Wheels feel like they are wobbling off

OK, so let me start by saying that I hate starting new threads that seam to be covered, but I have a few issues that were not talked about.

I just installed my 2.5" leveling kit. The drivers side went really easy. The passenger side was VERY difficult getting the strut back in without a spring compressor. I got it though after some prying.

Now when I drive straight down the road, she does great. When I turn left, she does fine. When I turn right, it feels like the wheel is wobbling off.
Most of what I have read, people are having wobbles at 60+ MPH. Mine does this at any speed.
What did I do wrong? What is wrong with the truck? Does the leveling kit need to go? What can I do to fix this.
Extremely frustrated.
THANK YOU ALL for any help

Did you get it aligned after the lift?
Are the wheels mounted securely with all lug nuts torqued?
Are the tires balanced?

Check those first if it didn't do it prior to the lift.

I did not. However the wobble seems bad enough that it wouldn't be the issue.
I had a leveling kit done on my '01 F250 and it had a slight shimmy at high speeds, but not like this.

As far as the lugs, when I first drove it, that is exactly what I thought, so I loosened up the lugs and retightened. Still the same.

The tires should be balanced, but again, all was smooth before the leveling kit

It can't hurt to do it again, but I don't think it is those things.

Can you be more specific on what I should do with the ball joints?

If you didn't get it aligned yet do that ASAP. By lifting it you jacked up your alignment. Your F250 had a solid front axle so wasn't affected as bad by a lift as an IFS truck would be.

OK, sounds like an alignment is next.
Let me ask this.
If I do the alignment now and it does not fix the problem, will I have to pay an alignment shop again when I throw away the leveling kit?

Check your vacuum lines to the IWE's. Sounds like you have a hub engaged,

You know what? That is prob the best way to describe the feeling my truck has. Feels like 4wd is engaged. The feeling you get in the steering when you are popped into 4Wd and trying to make a sharp turn. I get that feeling at 40 mph(or any speed for that matter) and only slightly going around right corners. Scary when you are on a main road and not in a parking lot.

I will be checking that this morning when the sun comes up and I get her in the garage.

So I did a test and let me know if I did it wrong.
Lifted up each side and started up the truck.
If there was a vacuum leak, the front tires would spin the axle right.
When I did so, the tire rolled smoothly with no axle engagement telling me that the hub is not locked into gear.

If that is all, I guess I will go get her aligned. Unfortunately no shop is close to me.

Problem Solved

All fixed.
Alignment set for Thursday, but let me just say this to anyone doing this for the first time.
Put everything back in place in opposite order that it was taken off and torque every bolt properly.

With my tail between my legs, yes you guessed it.

That passenger side was a monumental pain in the butt to get the strut back in place and once I got it in, I was not thinking properly. I swear I tightened that steering link, but I only got it down part way. There was a 1" gap were it did not get tightened all the way down.

Thank you everyone for helping me

That tie rod end should have a castle nut. That may be why it's backing off
