My truck has a ground strap at the right rear of the engine. Did you put this ground back on the engine?

That ground strap is just for the radio.
The ground for the computer is G102 and is located at the RH side (passenger side) of the radiator support.
He said he check and re worked that one.

My guess is he left a wire off the starter relay (solenoid).

All my wires are on but I still haven't checked the fusible links, maybe I couldve fried one when I jumped the solenoid or maybe I just Need to clean them up.. I have a fender mounted ICM from a 94 can I just plug that into the wire the plugs into my dizzy to check if the ICM is bad?

The 1994 and 1990 have a different ICM.
The 1994 is a black CCD ICM and the 1990 has a gray push-start ICM.
The ICM needs to match the EEC (PCM) computer.
The 1994 has a CCD Computer and gets its IDM from the black ICM.
The 1990 has a push-start Computer and gets its IDM from the Ignition Coil by way of a resister.
The 1990 gray ICM gets a start signal from the starter relay and the black ICM does not.

Alright, I'll check the relay and clean up the starter solenoid connections and go from there

Has some time to work on the truck today. I went out and pulled the wires off of the solenoid, and all of the little wires that go onto the solenoid, it looks like they got extremely hot at one point and all of the shrink rap that goes around the connectors was fried off and melted around the connector I Cleaned up all the wires and put some electrical tape around were it was melted off still no spark. So do you think something could have got fries somewhere somehow, and no one else was home so I still can't check the relay.

OK as soon as we know if the EEC Power relay closes (clicks) when you turn the key to run we will know more about how to help you.
Also does the EEC Power relay (brown bottom) have power on the yellow wire under the relay socket?

Yes I double checked all of those wires and I never moved them anyways when I did the job. So I'll either get my dad or brother to help me check the relay

May have finally found out whats wrong with my truck. Been researching alot and it sounds like my pick up in my distributer is bad. No injectors (I assume because I cranked forever and no Gas smell) and no spark unless spout is out. Anyone think this could be it

You have spark if the spout is out? And no spark if the spout is in? They claim your computer is bad then.

Yeah I already tried a new computer.
And on a another page someone told me a pickup in the distributor could cause this and my distributer had a bunch of play in the shaft

How do you test for spark when you say you have spark with the spout out?

If you have spark with the SPOUT out then the PIP sensor in the distributor is working.
Need to know about the Power relay closing when you turn the key.
The Power relay also sends power to all the fuel injectors over the red wire.

Just read on FSB that some dude took his distributor out and got the timing way off and was causing no spark with spout plugged in, i did remove my distributor and maybe I didnt get the timing right.. I had it marked but who knows maybe I got it way off. I dont have a timing light so im going to try and put it on tdc rotor at #1 cylinder. And see if this helps. . I feel like this is the most Probable cause as the truck ran right before the job?
