Power sliding rear window leaking

Power sliding rear window leaking
Have an 03 lariat with power sliding rear window. And it leaks. I got in it this morning with a pile of snow piled on the top of the back seat. Appears to blow in from the side of the slider window. What is the best way to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!!
