2005 6.0

I'm looking at a 2005 F250 lariat, it has 130,000 miles, and has been bulletproofed with ARP head studs, egr delete, and bulletproof diesel oil cooler.
4x4, leather, clean car fax 2 owner. KBB shows value of $20,000 does the bulletproof make the truck worth more? What would be a fair price for this truck?

He means if you do all of the proper preliminary checks crucial to a 6.0's health. Ect/eot spreads, all OEM filters, vehicle history check etc. Check the tech folder, I think Bismic had a preliminary check list for buying a used 6.0. You do need to do some homework. A good 6.0 is one hell of a machine. An abused 6.0 will make you feel like you are in hell.

Yeah it's still in the tech folder. If anyone you know has a 6.0 see if you can barrow their scan gauge or other gauges. Or buy one to make sure things are good with the truck. As far as the price I would say it's a bit high I payed Afew grand less for an 06 350 lariat with 90k on it

Yeah a little high but not considering the bullet proofing to the truck, especially if it checks out like we said! The only thing I would have reservations about would be the tunes . I have an 05 lariat f 350 dually and I don't see the reason for tunes because my truck pulls like a train!!!
