Craigslist add for a 53 F-350

Necessary disclaimer - I have no affiliation with this truck, etc.

Member F350Napco found this craigslist add and mentioned it in his thread in the 57-60 section, here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post14957196

Direct link to the add: 1953 Ford F350 Express Pickup

Someone needs (ok, someone should want) this truck. Is that a 9 foot bed or an 8 foot bed?

Someone needs to pick that up.
Those are some neat pictures, but they need some closer ones and interior shots.

The 9' has two stake pockets over the rear fender where the 8' has just one. Stu

O/T -- that pic in front of the Arco powerplant intrigued me, check this out!
SL-1 Accident - Idaho National Engineering Laboratory - The World's First Deadly Atomic Accident

It's a nice truck, not keen on the colors but looks very solid. Priced fairly IMO.

Still way, way OT ... That can't be right. Two physicists were killed (in separate incidents) by the same core in 1945 and 1946 - Harry Daghlian and Louis Slotin, basically by either dropping it or dropping things on it; didn't go off, but a nice blue glow was enough to kill them, horribly.

Agreed the truck is cool. Needs more pictures of truck. Looks like Trapper Peak a little bit, down in the Bitterroot.
