yeah, I enjoy it myself, and one of the guys I used to work with used to go home mid day and use it.

inversion table is the name for the device a few companies make them, teeter is the big one, thou I have one by I think iron man.

I agree, I dont mind taking the 'one a day'' multy vitamins but all the pain killers are rotting my guts

yeah those will do some nasty stuff to you in the long run. This should be something that he recommends if you bring it up as well they are usually fans of this.
