For anyone that has never seen this, I recommend you take an hour off and watch it...... have tissues towards the end tho.....

 

I think that Johnny Cash is a oretty great guy, but this must be a little different from the biography I saw years ago.

Ralph Edwards did a "This is your life" segment. They had several guests -- all of whom seemed to be cops. They all liked JC, and had pretty much all told him the same thing -- that he'd be good if he'd just straighten out a bit.

From what I remember, he had issues with amphetamines -- probably his schedule was so brutal that he needed the energy.
