I know that , Pat. Just no ambition...
Have about $700 worth of shingles here that I might take back to NY to use on the garage, that has to be built yet. Or, just leave them.

Not yet Charlie. I think it's the wrong time of year to put the house on the market. Still don't really want to sell the place but, health insurance premiums are a killer. House in NY is paid for.
