this is the time of the year my sinuses kinda start or end because of pollen season coming... but could be a cold too... parents have both had the flu the last couple weeks... mom had it the week before last... dad had it last week... but my symptoms dont match theirs...

 

What you indicate seems more of an allergy.. The flu would kick your butt..

 

thats why i suspect a cold... i can tell my bodies fighting it... but dunno if its keeping it at bay in a stale mate, winning, or slowly loosing ground... my immune systems pretty strong so when i can tell its fighting something its usually pretty big...

 

I pretty much take vitamins and try to stay away from sick people..

 

i take centrum... but got sick ppl that come to the office.. and then sick people at home.. hard to avoid them...

 

I take centrum as well with an extra C on the side..

 

mines just the reg...

 

Mine is for 50+ and the extra C is an Ester C tablet.. It seems to help especially since I work outside in the evening..

 

i use to take the silver... till i figured out it was what was making me feel "funny"... sometimes i felt sick.. other times i felt odd... i started breaking them in half and felt better...
