Howdy George. How are you doing?

 

Trying to warm up, Shaun. Just came in from the cold.

 

We got into the 40's here George. Had a few showers already come through. Calling for a winter mix tomorrow.

 

Been in the low 20s all day here Shaun.

 

I wish it was cold enough here for this storm to be an all snow event.

 

I hope not up here. We're going to try to get a new propane supplier tomorrow. We are close to running out for the 2nd time with our current supplier. Don't want too much snow in the back yard.

 

That sucks George. I am lucky since I dont have to wait for propane or oil to be delivered. I have natural gas from the local gas and electric company.

 

We've asked current supplier to put us on a monthly delivery several times - bang head. Last delivery was in May. Good thing we came back up here. Would have been a real mess if we ran out and the pipes froze.

 

I am sure it would be George. We had that happen on campus last winter. Several broken pipes. Worst one was when someone opened a window a bit and left it open. Our facilities department has teh HVAC systems on an automatic temp system. They adjust down when the university closes. Well the temps that day got down into the single digits and froze a sprinkler head. Popped the head and allowed the sprinkler system to start flowing water. That was not fun because the sprinkler system for that bldg is feed from the sprinkler system in another bldg. The other bldg has a fire pump to boost the flow and pressure in the system. That pump will pump 1500 gpm. Talk about a giant mess.

 

Back to food, someone mentioned PB&J. Sounds like a plan, must be Pizza, Beer & Jalapenos?

 

Trent we never really left the food topic. Speaking of food I am going to have to go and pick up my supper here shortly. Ordered something from Chipotle.

 

Mexican, hmmm

 

Yeah. Ordered a couple of tacos and a burrito bowl.
