Alignment Woes (Ford Can't Fix)
So my 2013 CCLB 6.7 4x4 consistently is pulling to the left. Also experiencing abnormal wear on the left front tire. Both the inner and outer edge is wearing as if the tire is being run under-inflated, which it is not.
So I took it in for an alignment, they say the specs are right on. Take it to my local Ford dealer who checks it over, doesn't see any visual problem but does not have a large enough alignment rack to handle the truck. (Really?) So I rotate tires, and now see the same wear starting again. I take it in, they said that it is still in spec but they steering wheel was off-center to the right which they adjusted.
After all that the truck is still pulling left. It brakes straight and true, no brakes running hot. Does anyone have a suggestion? Not many places have alignment equipment to handle the truck – even the Ford dealers which I don't get. They are happy to sell to me but can't fix a simple problem.
Thanks for any pointers to get the beast running true again.

My '12 pulled to the right when I first bought it so I took it back to the dealer I bought it from. They looked at it and said we don't do front ends on the Super Duties so take it to _____ which is another Ford dealer about 30 miles up the road. Took it to them and they checked it out and told me to live with it because it is in spec.. Well, I been driving a long time and I ain't about to put-up with the truck diving for the bar ditch every time I let go of the steering wheel.. Asked the service man to ride with me or drive it himself and he said "Don't need to, it's in spec.. You just don't know how a "big" truck handles"
So, I thanked him and took my truck to a real truck mechanic and he fixed it in less than 2 hours for a $175... Money well spent... I ain't headed to the bar ditch no more.. .

We have a really great one in Houston, they do everything suspension-wise for trucks, Heitman truck repair.

The truck has over 27k miles on it. It drove fine for a long time. The wear starts to show quickly as uneven tread. Within a thousand or so miles. The tire that is wearing is only at the left front position - it does't follow the tire.
Hoping for a pointer of where/what to look at. If anyone can recommend a good alignment shop in northern NJ... but if it is "hardware" it should fall under the factory warranty, yes?

Hey guys.
I'm from the 7.3L forum for the reason you would expect, but I just danced this dance for two years myself. Everything the OP describes looks like it was copied and pasted from my threads. The camber was my culprit, but I read something here that raised a red flag: "Moog Caster/Camber Bushing"
While I dread refreshing concern on the matter, I feel it best to share what the experts taught me - the single bushing is a good fix, but the double bushing is a cam inside a cam, and they are known to spin and drift out of alignment on these heavy Superduties. This may or may not be the case on a 6.7L-era Superduty, but I would ask which one they installed.
