Having said that I notice Crystal/Ford doesn't participate on the 6.0 PSD and the 6.4 PSD forum. I suppose their still licking their wounds from those two disasters.

I bet not a lot of warranty problems with the 6.0s since they are all out of warranty and it won't be too long before the 6.4s are as well.

Having Crystal participate in our forum and endeavor to be a problem solver for us is a win-win situation. I hope Ford realizes we bought these trucks because we REALLY wanted them and if problems arise a quick and fair resolution is in both parties interest.


Ford, keep up the good work with our forum rep and give her the tools to do her job!! I'm sure an unhappy truck owner is rarely a repeat buyer.
