What Carpet Fits and What Doesn't?

I'm working on replacing the carpeting in a 2004 Conversion Van. The vendors all offer carpet that fits from 92-99, with nothing for '00 on up. I know there further design changes in '08, but I can't find any between '99 and '04 that would change the carpet fitment. Basically, I'm trying to figure out why a '99 carpet set wouldn't work in an '04? And yes, supporting my belief that it should fit, at least one e-bay seller, FAM Vans, lists 2010 take out carpet as fitting '04s and '99s. Any experience/help/thoughts appreciated.

All E-Series beginning model year 1992 and until EOL or the newest vans are all the same as it relates to carpet or floor coverings.

The only real changes or options would be rear seating attachment openings or other such accommodations as made for the Club Wagon trim packages.

Sadly so many of the fitment options or suggestions found online tend to be inaccurate. Nothing beats hands-on personal experience---yay FTE!

Thanks for the confirmation. I couldn't find any differences, but the vendor I usually get carpet from is sticking by their being different. I'm tempted to drop the coin to get the new carpet as a kit, as it would include the molded pieces for the front and wheel tubs, but that's a $300 risk.

Naturally if they can't be more specific what might have changed that does make it a gamble of sorts.

Even though I'm very certain there's nothing really preventing '92 carpets from fitting into a 2010 etc etc use your best judgement on your choices.

Sorry for the delay, but I wanted to close the loop on this. I ordered the van carpet from Stock Interiors, and it went in fine, even though it wasn't listed for a 2004. Normal trimming around the fuel filler, foot wells, etc. It comes as a two piece, with an overlap just behind the front seats. The wheel wells fit well, probably would have been easier to work with if it was a touch warmer (doing carpet in a driveway in February isn't the best, especially with the mass backing included), I eventually got them to lay down. If you need new carpet, this works. One recommendation: buy a spare yard to cover the fuel filler if yours is exposed, and to redo the engine cover, as those pieces didn't come with the kit.
