Tranny will not shift from 2nd to 3rd

Thanks in advance for help!!
1999 F250 7.3 4wd Tuner, locking diff. front and rear, aftermarket turbo, injectors, lift pump I bought truck few weeks ago and it was fine for 2000 miles then it stopped shifting from 2nd to 3rd and my scan tool was useless so I bought a AE with ford bundle and this is what i have....

P1832 trans case diff lock up solcircuit failure
P1876 Tcase 2-wd sol circuit failure
P1249 wastegate ctr valve perf
P1690Wastegate sol circuit
P0475 exhaust press control valve
P1316 Inj drive module codes detected
P0471exhaust press control valve
P0340Cam position sensorA circuit
P1211 Injectorcontrol press
P0782 2-3 shift malfunction
P0781 1-2 shift malf
P0541 intake air heater circuit low
P0640intake air heater control circuit

After clearing codes checking and cleaning connector on tranny I drove it and this is codes now
P1832 T-case diff lock upsol circuit failure
P1690 wastegate sol circuit
P0475 exhaust press control valve
P1316 Inj drive module codes detected
P0541 intake air heater circuit low
P0640 intake air heater control circuit

I am guessing it could be 2-3 shift valve sticking?? I am gonna change fluid and filter and maybe adding lucas oil??
Fluid in there now seems clean and smells normal. Please help!!

That truck sounds like a mess. I doubt adding a transmission additive will help.

The truck runs fine only issue is it wont shift from 2nd to 3rd. I thought changing fluid and additive had a chance. I have never turned to any forums for help was hoping to get a direction? Read many threads with this problem but none that gave outcome? I thought about changing shift valve in hopes that its stuck. Is there a way to test solenoids? Or any way to know for sure if shift valve is bad?

Check out The Dieselstop website and look for Mark Kovalsky. He's the Ford transmission guy. I believe that he also posts on this site occasionally.

I think you have a wiring issue. Most of those codes are for electrical faults. I'll bet if you fix the wiring issues the trans will be fine.

I was planning on tearing into tranny and figure out how to jump solenoid and polish shift valve today wiring is not my strong point not sure where to even start? I will pull all connectors and clean them and hope for best, already did one on tranny. I lit a fire in woodburner an hour ago in garage it was 21 degrees in there. wish me luck here I go again day 5 of frustration....

If you don't have a VOM and the knowledge to use it you are just wasting your time. You will not find the problem.

And I just told you that I think you have a wiring issue. Why would you tear into the transmission? You're going to cause more problems than you solve.

Check for a loose main ground first. If all your codes are electrical, that could be what they have in common. The straps from frame to engine and such.

I ended up taking it to Ford and they called today saying looks like faulty Solenoid body. resistance SSA is at 42 ohms and SSB is at 56 ohms with verified power and ground to solenoid body connector. They were checking one other thing and will get back to me. I will let you know outcome. Thanks again for help

After 11 weeks and changing Solenoid body (no help), PCM (no help) and finally the Tranny it is fixed. I still believe it was a wiring problem but it shifts fine now. I am completely frustrated with Ford. There is so much more to this story but I will spare you the ugly details. Just wanted to let you know outcome and thank you for help.
