Can you mount F-250 Axle Assemblies on an F-150?

I have a 2006 F-150 and have been wanting to locate manual locking hubs to replace the vacuum hubs that are currently on my truck and not working properly or reliably. I know they do not make any, at least that I'm aware of. I know the right hub needs to be replaced because some of the splines are broken. I was wondering if there was any way that you could mount F-250 axle assemblies both front and rear without much modification(because they have manual lockers for the front axle)?

You can mount 250 axles but it will take a LOT of modification. The entire front suspension will need to be swapped, drive shaft, brakes, rims, and transfer case possibly

Exactly, plus the adapting of the ABS system. Xcase will work though you'll need to adapt the front driveshaft to fit the Dana 60 front end. Fixing IWE would be much cheaper than swapping in all the stuff. Plus if you're asking this question it likely means the fabbing would be done by somebody else which is $$$

If you're concerned about long term the Dorman brand actuators carry a lifetime warranty. The replacement is very simple. So you could buy the Dorman's keep your receipt and if they fail again the part will be free. Just throwing out another option for you, that would be much less time and money than an axle swap.

The Dorman actuators seem to be quality. U.S.A made and look identical to the OEM ones. I've also had good luck with their window regulators. Some aftermarket parts are just junk that carries a guarantee(any duralast steering/suspension component) and some things should only be OEM(plastic upper intake). I would have no problem using Dorman for the actuators though.
