According to the link posted earlier, this is the exact location of the plant (it's no longer a Ford plant). It's now labelled "Rosie the Riveter WWII Home Front".

The Richmond CA plant is now part of the Federal park system. They give tours at the plant but it's concentrated on WWII production. One of these days I plan to take my 52 there for a homecoming.
