I'm just curious how the mods are selected. I gather all are vets, but what else is considered?

 

Track history at FTE for one. FMD has been around here for ages, so has IB Tim

 

Ok. I know Tim a bit, and Don is majorly active. The other two did not ring a bell, but I spend most of my time one the 80-86 forum.

 

All Mods are volunteers. I worked with Admin to get this forum started and volunteered for the Mod position. We will be getting two new mods in the next few days, and both are Vets.

 

Think we need an active rep? I'll volunteer for that.

 

I think I actually met Tiger Dan at the National Rally back in '05 or so.

Disappointed in the VA. Vets, did you notice the article that was emailed to you a few days ago from VA about the job opportunity available to Vets at Smithfield Foods ? I find that to be a very disturbing article. How many of you know that Smithfield Foods is fully owned by the Chinese !!!???
I can just hear discussions being recorded by the Chinese just to see how many Vets are talking about their times in the Military and discussing things our enemy wants to hear ! I just can not believe the VA doesn't know that Smithfield belongs to the Chinese !! I wouldn't work for the Chinese if they paid me a fortune !
