What causes a truck to run for a little while then stalls out. It is a 1986 Ford f 250 6.9l diesel.

 

Need more info. Is it right after you start it? How long is a little while?

Oh, I dunno, they look sorta purdy all tagged up there completely unread by new members.

 

I remember those days of go read the stickies but there a reason behind it. You can fix most stuff by reading them and if still having a problem come back and post problem with good info like was mentioned how long does the truck run before it cuts out on you .
