Yours are longer? I'm pretty 9mo rotations are standard now. Unless you get extended.

We didn't really realize that we had rotated, Med, N Atlantic, Caribbean, do it again different sequence. Haze gray and underway.

There was a very specific reason our Navy squadron wives were frequently referred to as "West Pac Widows".

I got to visit Afghanastan and "advise" against the guys the Russians were "advising" once. Can't say that I've ever wanted to go back.
