I am now the proud owner of a 2000 V10. Found it in CO with only 87k miles.

Already has air bags and I think 4.30 axle. Not sure about axle though the door tag is blank for axle type?

I don't mind, $9250 I think it was a pretty good deal. Limited edition, paint is excellent and interior very good to excellent. The white f150 is mine as well. I have driven my Ex for about 5 miles my wife drove it back from CO. I hope she lets me drive it one of these days. Our outback is here in New Mexico. Not knowing the axle is driving me crazy. Crawled under there and can't find a sticker on the back but found one in the front, sticker says 4.30 on it so I assume...

Yellow plate threw me a little as form a distance it looked like an AK plate.

The 2000 build years did not have it on the door tag so you have to look at the axles, the easiest one to read would be the front axle is the sticker is in good shape. On the rear there should be a metal tag telling you the ratio and if its an LS i believe.

Short of that pulling the VIN on some of the sites that give you a build breakdown its hard to know.

I think you did great, looks very clean and well taken care of.

As Russ said a VIN decoder will let you know what it came from the factory with.

FTE offers one: VIN Decoder - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

I couldn't stand not knowing so I crawled under there today. I think it's safe to assume its a 4.30?

Is this in fact 4.3 based on the sticker?

I would say the sticker trumps the VIN.

To be honest and show my ignorance (working on it though) I wasnt 100% sure that was the sticker.
