I'm having a problem getting the correct cam gear. I have a 2 piece fuel pump cam that bolts to the outer face of the cam gear. The outer ring of the fuel pump cam spins freely when bolted to the gear, this is not the case with the new ones that the parts stores are trying to sell me. With the new cam gear, the fuel pump cam outer ring does not spin freely. Am I missing something here? Or am I not getting the correct cam gear?
