Is the ABS light also stuck on? service advance track means that there is a problem with the system, advance track and ABS are very much integrated to each other and use most of the same parts to work, possible that a steering wheel position sensor is not working or something in the computer for the advance track, you need to take it to a shop for proper diagnostics. When the service advance trac light is on, advance track should not be functioning, only working if the advance trac light illuminates after an episode where it did something to keep the vehicle from sliding off the road, hope this helps.

There is a 60+ page thread in the f150forum. The problem is the steering column IIRC.
I hate sending people to other sites but this one is bad enough that you really want to understand.

Good luck
