Yes, it does. It puts quite the damper on some of my plans to grab up a couple of trucks on Craigslist here locally... If only I had already bought them, then this would be great because I would have plenty of time to work on them.

One is a 2wd turbo 7.3 with a 5 speed that hasn't run in a while, and the other is a 92 4wd with a seized 7.3 and a 5 speed. Guess what I had planned?

There's also a 91 with no title and absolutely beat to *****, but it's a good running 7.3 with a 5 speed 4wd.

 

I have a few of those kind of projects... just gotta have time, energy and ambition to get them done... Hope something comes together for you.

 

Well, I got picked up by another contractor starting tomorrow, so no unemployment for me. That's always a relief. Now to just save up money again for my (evil) projects.

It was a beautiful day to be working outside!!! I'm actually over in Council Bluffs right now working on building a new substation. I'll be here for a few months, at least.

Oh, not complaining at all, I will take it! Every nice day we have is one less that could have been cold and nasty... Not even bothered by the attempts at rain/snow we have had over the last few days. Haven't seen it into the 40"s or 50's like the SW part of the state, but I am fine with the temps we have had.

 

We've only had 4 1/2 inches of snow so far this winter. Looks like its going to be a dry one, like last year was.

 

We've had a little more than that, but not a whole lot.
