Passenger Rear Window Diag.

So I've been having problems with the rear window on the passenger side, when i put it all the way down it won't go back up.... if you put it down halfway, or 3/4 of the way, or in any position but all the way down it will go back up. well last night i forgot and ended up putting it all the way down. so in the dark with a flashlight i had to pull the door panel off and inspect wiring an what not. wiring looks fine from the input to the door all the way to the motor and the switch is working, we ended up jumping the wires to the motor with the battery charger on 12V 10A setting and it went up real slow, this morning i went out and inspected it further and the wiring still looks fine, and the motor is still working fine and at normal speeds however i haven't put the window all the way down again for fear of it not going back up.... my question is has anyone else had this problem? and if so what was your solution, could the motor have a bad spot in it when the window reaches the bottom?

Mine does the same thing. Sometimes it sticks in the closed position also. I found if I leave the ignition switch on, go around and open that door, hold the button in and bang on the door panel with my fist a couple times, it starts moving again. I dont know what causes it, but if I listen when I hit the switch, I can hear it clicking inside the door like it should be working. Funny thing is, I replaced this factory motor with one from Advance Auto a couple years ago and did not effect it at all.

My rear passenger window doesn't work at all. I read its usually the master switch on the drivers door. I bought a new one (OEM) and it still doesn't work. The wires at the bottom by the floor look good. Which wires did you hot wire?

we wired into the ones for the motor itself, after unhooking it from the truck harness. and I have looked for a regulator as well but only come up with the ones for the front. Does anyone know if they are the same?

Just block it so it can't go all the way to the bottom
