1966 f250 4x4

So ive been looking for 6 cylinder engine mounts and an engine for my 66 f250 4x4. I found a 63 f350 today while at the junkyard with the 223 I6. Im wondering if this engine and mounts will drop in there without any modifications and if the cab will fit on my frame also?

The 223 I-6 was last installed in 1964, 240 & 300 I-6's introduced in 1965. It shouldn't be too difficult to find the correct engine and motor mount parts.

223's have the intake and exhaust manifold on the left (drivers) side, while 240/300's have these parts on the right (passenger) side.

The 223 bell housing and engine mounting parts are not the same as 240/300 I-6.

Cab should fit the frame. Slightly different roofline. The 66 has a slightly taller rise to it starting in 64.
