05-07 headlight park/turn to switchback LED?

i am interested in using switch back white/amber in the front headlight park/turn bulb location but am wondering if the LED white color in contrast to the halogen headlight color will look funny

another option is using amber/amber park turn led

had anyone experimented with either of these options

thanks

So ive tried the switchback leds in my car not the truck... i have an 03 TL with 6K(color) headlights and fog lights and the switchbacks that i used did not match exactly how i wanted them too. im sure depending on where you get the switchbacks, colors will differ so i would suggest getting the switchbacks and new headlight bulbs from the same retailer... if you want colors to match.

thanks i was thinking the LED and halogen color would clash and possibly in the 05-07 headlight it may look like hi an lo beams on at same time

i have found 5K switchbacks and have 4K halogens
not sure how accurate the color ratings are and how different they would look
but to experiment can get costly and the less i plan to use are $145 (V3 tritons)

yeah, color wise its kind of a personal thing, i like my things to match...
they most likely would look noticeably different. ive only dreamed about those V3's never used them, let me know. my truck and car both are decked out with leds and ive basically had no problems. "sirius led" has good quality products too.

DG do u have the new 2014 amber bulb in a 05-07 SD by chance

was wondering how it works and looks
is there a big diff b/w the park and turn brightness?
that has been weak spot for me in most 3157 leds

and since the fixture is so open looks off is of interest also
the one you referred to looks pretty nice in photos

which 2014 lights are you referencing to? I havent changed out my turn signals yet, im waiting to find canbus leds for those (ones with the built in resistors).

if you get the leds that have the 360 degree view then your gonna be way better off and you cant worry about price because you'll sacrifice quality.
