Can I install an 08 nav radio in 07 truck?

I have access to an 08 nav radio unit from a wrecked truck that I may be able to pick up pretty cheap. Does anybody know if it can be installed in my 07 and function properly? I know I'll need a gps antenna, but I don't know what else is involved.

Thanks!

Ryan

I don't see why it wouldnt.

Before you buy it, compare sizes, mounting tabs, and hookup to be sure.

Connections are a bit different, the extra connector might matter or not...

That extra plug might be the GPS antenna?

I believe so, the radio may or not work thou due to theft lock built in to it

Bump. Nobody's tried this? Looks like a good option if it will work.
