Starts when cold, but not when warm.

Sorry to hear that your problem is still going on.
-Did you verify that you have "spark" at the spark plug when NOT starting ?
- A malfunctioning CKP (Crankshaft position sensor) can cause a No-Start condition , you can remove and check the sensor with VOC-meter .
