Finally got the Christmas lights up on the house today. We usually do this the day after Thanksgiving, but we were not home then.

And I replaced two of the timer boxes that we have mounted permanently to operate the lights each night.

My back's feeling better. Thanks for asking.

It's 47 degrees here right now. Must be getting close to Christmas...

How long did it take to train those hens to search for mislaid tools? Mine tend to wander.

The return line on SNL was, "Chicken make good soup."

I'm off to jank the rear axle out of my 53 sedan. It is in the 50s and drizzling. Last weekend it was in the 70s and clear. Who ordered this weather? I want a refund!

I would vote for the 302 - C4, Duh, because that is what I have, just need to get a Lokar shifter for it. The Model A roadster is missing its top! Hope it doesn't rain.
I refused to put up the Christmas lights this year, the wife talked the neighbor into doing it. This is a good thread, they say I have a disease where I can't stay focused.

Snowshoeing can be fun, wow,it's friday!

And here all along I thought it was the hens misplacing my tools! Its about 45 degrees here and raining. Tonight we head over the pass to Ellensburg to spend the weekend with my wife's relatives. Of the guys, one spent 13 years working on commercial/agricultural tires and now works maintenance at a meat packing plant, another works in an artificial bone factory, one's a motorcycle mechanic and the weekend's host is a one armed ex truck driver who lost his right arm in a 5th wheel hitch. He drives a dodge cummins with a manual tranny, reaching across his chest with his left arm to shift. I'm pretty sure they all sang the 'teacher' song with the loaded 44 version

Forty-Niner, can you imagine the jokes the drivers make to each other every day?

This just in: How long will it take for Americans to make the beat-up Cuban taxis the hottest fad export and be on Barrett Jackson by the dozen? My guess is 11 months, four days, three hours and twenty-two seconds.
