John, I sold the two extra ones already. I do still have the original one, which is still serviceable. Better than I thought it was when I built these.

I think yours is pretty toasty. If you want my old one, just let me know. Probably $5 would cover postage.

The wiring diag. shows both the fuse and and junction block. My 65's did not have the 'alt' gauge so I installed the circuit using a 25 amp fuse block purchased at the local auto parts store for $6, the 'alt' gauge has worked fine over past 30 + years.

Posting earlier pic's of the fuse block and since cleaned and replaced w/ same fuse block purchased at CARQUEST/Advance Auto parts for $6. 2 terminal 25 amp fuse block.

Thank you for the offer on your original junction block, but I think I'll go with a fused block as reiterated by Dave. I'm not so worried about remaining OEM on something like this. After reading all the info here, I'd rather go newer/safer on this piece.

Thanks, guys.

It's looking a little ratty, so before it breaks and shorts everything out, I'd like some insight as to whether I'm right about this thing. Thanks-

In the picture above there are 3 terminals on the post. One goes to the alternator (black with yellow stripe), one goes to the ammeter (also black with yellow stripe). What is the 3rd wire? Do you know where it goes? Is it factory original? I'm trying to add his option and the wiring diagram leaves a lot to be desired with conflicting illustrations, and it only shows 2 wires at this post.

Edit: I kept searching other threads until I found the answer; the 3rd wire is the main feed for the body harness.

Glad you found your answer. It has been a while since I messed with this and would've looked for you as soon as it stopped raining, and raining, and raining.
