Locate Vin Number on 1965 Ford F100 Engine

Dunno where you got that info from, cuz...the 361 was only available in 1958, 332 replaced the 361 in 1959, 292 was also available in 1959 (Ranger only).
Bermuda's, Roundup's and Villagers were Edsel station wagons. Roundup was the cheapee sales leader, Villager didn't have the phony wood that the Bermuda had.
Roundup and Bermuda were only available in 1958, the Villager soldered on until 11/18/1959 when the Edsel was cancelled.
In 1968 a S/M used car dealer pal of mine bought a 1960 Villager with a blown engine, swapped in a 390 from a 1961 Galaxie.
But he never could get it run correctly, as it overheated constantly...even though he replaced the radiator and the thermostat.
I bought it from him, looked at the thermostat, his idiot mechanic had installed it backasswards. Once it was installed properly, it ran as cool as a cucumber and I ended selling him the car back.
The car exists today, was owned for many years by Phil Skinner, a long time local Edsel nut.
Besides this 1960 Villager, I also owned a 1960 Ranger 2 dr H/T and a 1959 Corsair 4 door sedan.
After I bought the Villager, a pal of mine began calling me "Edsel Bill" .. the guys in the Ford & Edsel clubs soon found out...so I was known as this for years...and I hated it.
Meanwhile the Packard nuts called me "Packard Bill" .. which didn't bother me a bit.

I was just reading this info. You'd have to scroll down quite a ways. They do quote their sources and for the 332 and 361 it sounds like some of it comes from the 1958 and 1959 Edsel Salesmans Data Books. They list what page, but I cannot confirm since I only have a 1966 Ford Light Trucks Salesmens Book myself.
