Exclamation Ford Raptor Mechanical Issue

hi, I have Ford Raptor 6.2 - 2012 done 25,000 Km. I have been facing an issue which is driving me crazy since no one knows whats wrong with the car. Sorry if the story is to long.....

The car has complete exhaust system Ford Racing headers, Borla catback and Volent filter and the car is tuned.

For the past two months while driving the car i noticed like a air leak noise from the driver side while I accelerate even on cruising mood. I thought it has something got to do with the headers so I had it checked and everything was perfect. I took the car to the tuner and when he did run the car from 330hp has dropped to 300hp! Then i was been told to do the below procedure which i have done and still no result.
  1. 1. Check the rocker arms
  2. 2. Piston Pressure test
  3. 3. Valve and spring valve
  4. 4. Spark plugs
  5. 5. Cam shaft to see if its bent
  6. 6.Complete exhust check
  7. No Sign of Check Engine as well
I would really appreciate if someone can help me out plz!

thanks

Moved to the Raptor sub-forum.

"air leak noise" on the driver's side makes one think about the brake booster, but a sizeable vacuum leak would set a code in the system.

As a shade tree approach, I'd probably pull the vacuum line to the booster and see if that changes anything. Just be careful as the brake effort will be very high while driving (and the ABS might kick in to try and help you stop with the high pedal effort).

I'm not of much help, sorry. Maybe others will have some other ideas.

Many thanks, I will inform the workshop regarding the same. however, I doubt it if this issue will affect the HP.

I'd like to help, ehsanrad. I suggest taking the vehicle to your dealer at your earliest convenience. To locate the nearest, please click on this link: Ford Find a Dealer - Ford Cars, SUVs, Trucks & Crossovers | Ford.ca Be sure to get back to me with the diagnosis, including the VIN, full name, daytime phone number, and dealer info via a PM; I'll check the available resources.

Thank you Kwasi, I have taken the car to the Agency and after diagnosis they have mentioned nothing is wrong with the car! apart for modification done on the exhaust. I'm living in Dubai but if it helps the VIN 1FTEX1R62CFA86735.

Unfortunately over here if you buy a car from any private individual showroom the dealer does not cover the car under warranty even if the car is brand new. which is my case I bought the car brand new imported from States and the dealer here refused to provide me a warranty even I was willing to pay for service contract.
