Glass run pivot piece

Does anyone know if they make a replacement pivot for the window regulator? This is the small roller looking piece that is smash welded to the regulator and fits into one of the pivot arms. It also has a horseshoe shaped wire looking clip. Mine snapped off after 64 years. Sure wish Henry had made parts that lasted...haha

You may need a new regulator out of a donor door or maybe this something you could make.

Are you sure the window roller cannot be replaced by itself? Since it has a horse shoe shaped clip, I would think it was available separately.

But, I don't have a 1944/52 Body Parts Catalog, so I cannot see a pic of it to get a possible part number.

Window roller was replaceable on 1949 and later cars, 1953 and later trucks. Some of these also have a horse shoe clip, which retains the roller to the stud on the regulator.

It is the stud that came out of the arm. One end looks to be welded from the factory to the pivot arm and the stud slide through the glass run and the pivot arm and is secured with the clip. The welded part has snapped off. My guess is I can use some sort of short bolt about the same diameter and make it work with a nylock nut and washer.
