I just ordered the fuel pump. I know proper troubleshooting and I should test under load.. But I feel more comfortable changing out parts and hedging my bets down the road.
I really do appreciate the help and direction.

Solved I think!
Installed a new FP as well as EBPV delete, rebuild turbo with WW2.
So far going up the hill that gave me problems 100% of the time.. No problems!

I think I am done! Big long grade and then a quick 1000' climb with bursts to 85MPH multiple times. Smooth as silk and EGTs lower as well.
Not a hint of problems.
