Just to make it easier on the trans temp install your new sensor that looks just like this,


gets screwed into the trans test port right here, driver's side just above the pan rail and directly in front of the cable bracket.


I too went with GlowShift but their MaxTow Double Vision series, has both the analog full sweep needle and an LED digital display, 2 years now with now complaints!

Tom, you da MAN! I hope mine has that port already available. I was not looking forward to drilling and tapping for the probe. I looked at getting that gauge, but decided I didn't need one quite that fancy.

Somebody rep Tom for me, please!

Thanks Ben , Don't worry, your 4R100 will have the test port right there waiting for you! Be sure to use some Teflon tape!
