F1 Door removal help

It might work but the problem is related to the knurling more than anything else. They actually cut into the door hinge to provide a very firm interference fit. It all depends upon how much corrosion is in there to provide additional interference. This isn't like a rusty bolt. It is designed NOT to come out so the doors don't fall off on a rough road.

If your body is painted you can try a couple easy things but you should be prepared to remove the hinge(s) so you don't damage the rest of the door. You will have to drill out the rivets on the door side of the hinge and replace them with shallow button headed allen or torx bolts. I can give you a source if you can't find one.
