Having said that, this shot from the catalog seems to say that the same one fits 80 - 89 as this catalog goes across that timeframe and "80/" is supposed to mean "from 80 to end of catalog". So, the ones you listed should fit.

Here's what I don't understand....

If they make replacement glass for the wing windows...why not make replacement metal frame for them as well? If someone broke your wing windows, and your frame is rusted...you'd really be up a creek wouldn't you?

Better yet...why only make it for 87-91?

Obviously you like to whine like a little baby. I know a lot about quality parts. I have had muscle cars since I was a teen ager. Restored a handful of Mustangs in my day many of which I still have not to mention the old school Hondas I have restored.

Come to think of it I don't have to defend myself to you. I was just stating an opinion that I thought was fairly stated in a nice way. I did not attack anyone. You want to be a grouchy jackass I guess that's your call.

Here are a couple of my restored Mach 1's that I still have to this day. I did ALL of the work myself. Engine, interior and paint. Maybe the couple of tricycles that you obviously restored makes you a better "judge of quality" than me, who knows.

Oh yeah. I almost forgot. Here is my low quality restored '81 F-100 with all of those crappy LMC parts on it.

Come on now guys, we're all here to appreciate the trucks, not hurl any hostility around.

Now hug and makeup.

*drool*

My father had a 1969 Boss 302, it's what I learned how to operate a clutch in when I was ~12 yo.

My first car in HS was a 1970 Mustang fastback... 351W FMX... nothing spectacular... but now 35 years later, I wish I still had it....

I like to address people on here by their real name, so I guess I should call F100Trucker "Dennis". And, if so, he certainly has been around lots of vhicles, not just cars or trucks. But those Mach 1's are awesome.

But the vehicle I'm drooling over is the Trail 90. Having restored one of those myself, albeit long ago, I'm quite fond of them. In fact, my wife wants me to restore another, for her, but I have yet to find one at a reasonable cost. Anyway, well done, Dennis. And "Honor the timeless classics."

Thank you very much Gary. That pic of my black Mach 1 is indeed Dennis Gage (not me, my name is Gene) from the TV show "My Classic Cars". He is at the "Cruising' The Coast" events every year. That year he was posing by my car for a snapshot when his cell phone rang. I didn't wait and snapped the pic anyway.

I love them too. I had a few of these Honda Trail bikes when I was a young fella growing up in the early seventies. I currently have 2 CT90's, 2 CT70's, 2 NC50's and 2 Honda PC50's. I'll buy one, restore it and buy another and do the same. My wife thinks I'm crazy. I'm running out of storage space.

If you are looking for another CT90 to restore here is a place where I like to hang out. It is for CT90's only, a really good bunch of dedicated folks. You'll find one there for sure. You can find me there as MACHINEgunMIKE. http://hondatrailcts.yuku.com/directory#.TyLYNJh2PlU

You are correct. Guess it just hit a nerve. Sorry guys.

BTW SVT Driver - I'll bet you'd love my '93 SVT Cobra that I bought new back in the day (still have it - 70K miles). I hung a Paxton SN92 on it over ten years ago. It's my personal favorite. This was at the big Pensacola Mustang show they used to have at the University Mall every March.

Other people's cars? Seriously? Is that an (un)educated guess or are you just green? Maybe you should take some of your own advice.

My (now) red truck is pictured here when it was still blue.

My experience with LMC on the rubber parts rooted or split with in 12 months. I live in the High Desert in California Elev. 2900' 110 in the summer 20 in the winter. the Blue Oval equivalent parts have been lasting longer so far.
